Finance department is the sub-unit under the Administration department which is composed of professional accountant officers ensuring the hospital financial operations adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, Providing transparency and accountability through generating accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate informed decision making and Optimizing the allocation of financial resources to support the hospital mission and objectives. Under finance unit there are following sub units, Chief Accounting unit officer, Revenue unit, Final Account unit and Expenditure unit.
