Medical record department founded in the year of 2000 under Joshua komba as head of department.
The aim of this department was to manage and keeping patient’s records. Our medical record department deals with collection of data through daily census, coding diagnosis,MTUHA, and computerizing system. For first time in November 2019 we started using the government of Tanzania hospital operations and management information system (GOT-Homis), the system run until 2022 February when  we started using electronic health management system (eHMS).
